The overall mission of this role is to provide excellent customer service to key customers through account management, issue resolution and business communication.
- Managing customer relationships including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints.
- Order entry using SAP
- Proactively communicate both internally and externally.
- Assist customers with product orders, promotions, pricing, returned goods, freight claims etc.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
- Experience using SAP is desirable.
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment organisation is ideal.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is beneficial.
