The purpose of the role is to perform a range of sales support activities, working closely with customers, distributors and the sales team.
- Provide support for customers and the sales team via telephone, fax or e-mail.
- Strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide efficient pre and post sales support for customers.
- Assist in providing product literature, e.g. information, pricing and availability.
- Resolve a rang of customer complaints.
- Customer facing experience is essential.
- Organised, neat, and possess high energy with the ability to handle fast pace and multiple tasks.
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Salesforce Experience.
