Our client are a manufacturing organisation currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (must be fluent in French).

Location - Skelmersdale, Lancashire

Summary:
Perform a wide range of sales support activities by working with customers, representatives, distributors and our Regional Sales Managers, including processing of sales orders in accordance with company terms and conditions, answering incoming enquiries from customers and distributors, and resolving customer/distributor complaints and product challenges.

Requirements:
*Customer facing experience is essential.
* Must be fluent in French as this role will be focused on the French market.
*Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
*Organised, neat, and possess high energy with the ability to handle fast pace and multiple tasks.
*Experience using SAP is ideal but not essential.
*Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
