Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
A multi-national facilities management organisation are looking for an experienced support analyst to join the Newcastle team.
*Logging and managing tickets via the IT service desk
*Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes
*Resolving issues within SLA's
*Onsite support around the Northern region when required
For all your hard work and dedication to your role, you will be rewarded with a salary up to £28,000.(dependant on experience) This also includes a market leading benefits package including opportunities to progress into different teams in the future.
Used to working in a fast paced environment
Experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite
Good knowledge ITIL and ITSM is desirable
