The successful candidate will be ensuring all complaints are progressed (administered, investigated and responses fed back to Customers) in an effective and timely manner.
This role will focus on the investigation of complaint samples which have been returned for evaluation.
The jobholder will have responsibilities and interactions with all departments within the business, both in Loughborough and globally. It will require appreciation of the technical roles of these departments in order to provide appropriate information.
Knowledge & Skills
*Excellent communication and team working skills
*Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office tools
*Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice / Good Laboratory Practice
*Understanding of pharmaceutical products / pharmaceutical product testing
*Experience of continually working to strict deadlines
*Able to work on own initiative, with an excellent attention to detail
*Works well in / adapts to a changing environment
