Salary: £37,000 - £46,000 Dependant on experience

*Develop bespoke digital plans with e-enabled partners to maximise 3M presence and market reach. Track and report on campaign results and seek to continually refine approach to maximise return.
*Manage the execution and digital activation of Divisional Channel Marketing Programmes with e-enabled partners and track engagement and ROI.
*Lead and manage the global pilot for a new Channel Marketing Portal. Work closely with the
*US & European teams to develop platform functionality and content for each module
*(Campaign Management, E-Learning and Lead Management).
*Launch and drive engagement with Channel partners to prove strong ROI and secure International roll-out
*Drive bCom* engagement with Channel Partners to ensure platform is fully leveraged and operational benefits realised. (*bCom - Digital Portal with e-ordering functionality.)
*Develop a process and rhythm for pro-actively syndicating digital content to all ISMC channel partners as well as supporting specific content requests from prioritised National and Premier Channel partners
*Work closely with the Industrial Business Group (IBG) Digital Lead, and effectively leverage Digital Resource Centre (DRC) expertise and resources to support effective execution of Digital plans
For all your hard-work and dedication to your role, you will be rewarded with a salary ranging from £37,000 - £46,000 dependant on experience. This also includes a market leading benefits package including opportunities to progress into different teams in the future.

*Demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business.
CIM qualified is preferable but not essential
