Channel Manager Commercial Solutions and Graphics

Job Description:

I am looking for a new Channel Manager to join our clients successful and growing Graphic Markets Team and Commercial Solutions Division.

You will be supplying a range of products, expanding relationships within assigned Channel Partners and achieving sales, profitability, and partner objectives.

The successful individual will represent the Graphic Markets and Architectural Markets range selling through to assigned distribution partners. Selling a range of Graphic Market products mainly through large distributors as, you will be responsible for multi millions of sales annually.

Territory: National, Central England/Midlands/North Midlands

Key responsibilities

Achieve/exceed target sales growth of Commercial Graphics products.
Develop & grow sales with both existing and new accounts, actively targeting competitive accounts to pro-actively grow market share through the regional salesforce.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of colleagues, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sell through partner organizations to end users in co-ordination with partner sales resources. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all personnel.
Where appropriate work with key influencers and end users in conjunction with Sales Development Managers and Territory Account Managers.
