I am currently looking for a Change/Continuous Improvement Manager from the Energy sector, working for my clients leading software solutions business; you will be responsible for providing support to our energy and utilities customers throughout their implementation projects. You will become the conduit between our customers and technical teams as we manage the day-to-day relationships with our customers and their requests for new features and releases with our products.

Some roles and responsibilities include

*Be the point of contact for customers during implementation projects, providing support and guidance on functionality and configuration
*Be the conduit between business team and technical team (To be able to explain business requirement to technical teams and vice-versa)
*Provide advice and support on industry processes
*Create project plans, scope and administer change request processes
*Manage stakeholders both internal and external
*Functional design, configuration and testing, eg carry out gap analysis between customer requirements and our solutions
*Capture and document business processes and associated requirements in design workshops
*Write functional design documentation

Required Skills

*Experience of being a project team member from the business side for a replacement billing system implementation project
*Experience of using market interaction software
*Experience of using utility billing application
*Able write SQL and a understanding of data models and hierarchy
*Experience in solution/system architecture
*Broad knowledge and experience of the Electricity/Gas or Energy retail markets
*Customer service processes/Customer Experience/Billing in utilities markets.
*Electricity and Gas pricing including cost components and product structures
*Sales, prospects and credit vetting in Utilities
*Passionate about IT and enjoy troubleshooting
*Technically minded
