I am currently looking for an experienced Logistics Leader to join my clients Supply Chain Management team based in Bracknell.

My client is a leading global supply chain, looking for an ideal candidate who can proactively support all UK & Ireland Businesses in the achievement of its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Leading the country Demand Planning Process, prepare the country demand review and host the European Demand Review with the marketing and sales teams.
*Escalate issues to S&OP Leader and pro-actively work with country key accounts for on-going forecast information.
*To develop and maintain strong working partnerships with all external suppliers, SOS contacts, internal customers, external customers (where applicable) and business contacts up to GSMM level. Local planning and execution of production orders, responsibility for product availability, providing the input into MPS on replenishment's plans.
*First point of contact for CSRs for product availability / lead time enquiries and large order enquiries
*Support CSRs with customer specific data requests (MOQ, LT, Packaging etc)
*Be the first point of contact for Sales and Marketing order chasing availability and lead time enquiries
*Manage all inventory requirements, including purchase orders creation, adherence to lead-time, maintenance of re-ordering parameters in line with current demands.
*Management of non-working inventory, conducting monthly reviews of the NWI.
*Service and back order Management
*Inform / escalate key supply chain issues to Supply Chain Manager in COE
*Monitor progress on critical sales orders and Non stock chase plants / vendors for overdue orders.

Other roles and requirements will include:
*Monthly completion of all data reporting and analysis and corrective action plans for key service and inventory metrics.
*Project leadership and Project Team Involvement
*Involvement in String Training - assist in training colleagues in key supple chain activity.
*Provide expertise in managing specific key customer requirements.
Formal Education/Experience/Field of Knowledge:
*A Bachelor's degree level of education or equivalent experience through training.
*Between four and eight years of related job experience.
*Analytical skills, short-term planning and administrative skills. Senior PC knowledge, SAP knowledge and all Microsoft Business Object Windows Software - High knowledge of excel. Knowledge of the COE logistics supply chain processes
