The ECS Resource Group are recruiting for an Agile Business Analyst to work for a leading online gaming/gambling company in London. The Business Analyst will be responsible for critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from underlying true needs and problems worth solving.

Salary and Benefits
The Business Analyst will earn a competitive salary: Up to £50,000 and be offered excellent company benefits, which includes Company bonus scheme (10% Uncapped), 25 days holiday, and FREE training. The Role
The Business Analyst will collaborate with Project Managers and Product Managers with analysis phase planning and project delivery. You will work closely with Stakeholders, building effective relationships and challenging status quo.

Duties
*Elicit, validate, prioritise and document business and technical requirements using a variety of methods suitable for Agile delivery, such as:
oBusiness cases
oStakeholder maps
oUser journeys
oRequirements documentation
oStory maps
*Serving as an intermediary between the customer community and the software development team
*Collaborating with developers and technical architects to understand technology limitations, recommendations and development options within the underlying business need you are trying to resolve

Previous Experience
*Strong background as a Business Analyst
*Excellent knowledge of Agile
*Previously worked on large scale monitoring projects
*Strong stakeholder management experience
*Experience in leading complex projects
