The EMEA Sourcing Process and Systems Team manages Sourcing Systems deployment and operational support. The Team also manages the EMEA Procure to Pay Process, co-ordinating Accounts Payable Outsourcing Activities and Process Improvement Projects throughout EMEA
The successful candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in the enabling of suppliers to use eCommerce solutions and have extensive experience of implementing SAP Ariba Network to enable the sending and receiving of Purchase Order, Purchase Order Acknowledgment, Advanced Ship Notices, Invoices, Forecast and Inventory information between customer and supplier relationships.
The role is part of the EMEA Regional eCommerce Team deploying and enabling the eCommerce solutions with our EMEA supply base.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with our Global and EMEA STP and Strategic Sourcing teams
*Managing supplier communication, enablement, testing and training activities
*Providing help desk support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
*SAP experience is very desirable
*Ariba Network Supplier web portal and SAP SNC experience is very desirable
*Experience of Sourcing and/or working with external partners and suppliers is essential
*Excellent project management & communication skills are essential
*Experience of working within a multi-cultural & International environment is essential
*Microsoft Office tools is essential, and candidates with advanced Excel (power pivots, macros, formulas, index matching) and/or Access Database skills and knowledge will be at an advantage
