The Application Support Manager will earn a competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 and be eligible for the company bonus scheme. You will have the opportunity to increase your technical skills by receiving funded training and gaining certifications in relevant courses. Other excellent benefits include 25 days holiday (increasing 1 day for every year of service (up to 5 years)), and flexible working hours.
The Application Support Manager will work closely with development teams, meet regularly with product owners and product managers to understand and communicate new features to the wider business and improve process flows between the support and development teams.
*Oversee requests, incidents and problems. Act as the hierarchal point of escalation and distribute response to critical issues
*Deliver product training plans and documentation
*Develop and implement career plans for Product Support staff
*Monitor and manage incoming ticket volumes
*Current/Previous experience as an Application Support Manager
*Come from an application support background
*Worked with bespoke applications
*Experience in reporting, trend analysis, Problem and Change Management
