We are looking for someone with strong function experience with Configure Price Quote Software and ERP system experience such as with Oracle or SAP.
This role, working with our sales quoting software, requires you to be able to confidently work with the user to resolve tickets using ServiceNow so excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are key.
*Triage and resolve end user support requests, acting as the primary point of contact for end user support and problem resolution.
*Support the adoption and usage of our CPQ throughout the organization.
*Create "How To" documentation and provide ad hoc user training.
*Manage Service Now help tickets and meeting established SLA's.
*Work closely with end users, PMO and Release Management to prioritize and schedule enhancement requests and bug fixes.
*Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology Preferred
