Working for an innovative and award winning organisation based in central London, you will work at the forefront of the company's technical delivery on the 1st/2nd Line. You will be passionate about providing technical support in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. There may be potential for this role to transition into a permanent position at the end of the 3 months term, or a contract extension.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following;
Providing telephone, on-line and face-to-face support to customers in accordance with KPIs, SLAs and Procedures
Experience Supporting G Suite / Google Apps
Providing support on various software including Windows 7, 10, MS Office, Exchange and other MS products
Experience supporting MAC devices
Providing support on Office 365 (O365)
