My client is currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to support end users onsite and remotely across different sites in the UK and internationally.
You will provide onsite and remote support to end users, manage support queue within specified SLA, manage IT inventory and managing end user equipment's with TeamViewer
The successful candidate will have experience of the following
*Previous experience of working in a 2nd line position.
*MDM (preferably Microsoft Intune)
*Remote Desktop Services
*HP / Aruba switches and AP's
*Ability to perform/multi-task under stressful situations
*Willing to occasionally travel to other UK sites
