My client is immediately requiring a 2nd Line Support Engineer to support end users onsite and remotely across different sites in the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will have experience of the following
*Previous experience of working in a 2nd line position.
*O365
*HP / Aruba switches and AP's
*Active Directory
*VPN
*Group Policy
*MDM (preferably Microsoft Intune)
*Imaging
*Windows 10
*Remote Desktop Services
*BitLocker
