*Prior banking experience is essential for this role*

A globally recognised bank are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Analyst to be part of their busy service desk, within their Central London Office.

The successful engineer will be part of the team which deals with the corporate side of the the business.

Core Responsibilities:
*Sustain and improve PC Support performance by meeting SLA's and KPI's
*Perform a complex range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site
*Evaluate escalations and resolve appropriately to ensure customer demands are met
*Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments to maintain consistent effective contribution.

Require Knowledge and Skills:
*Solid understanding of Windows OS desktop support
*Experience using SCCM, Active Directory and NTFS
*Recent desktop or service desk support in banking experience
*Good interpersonal and Customer facing skills

This is a long term position, so is well suited to someone looking for a stable and secure contract.
