Working for a dynamic, innovative technology brand as a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst you will provide 2nd line support on bespoke applications. The analyst will evaluate issues that are raised with the Product Support team and determine the impact of each issue to the business.
Salary and Benefits
The Application Support Analyst will earn a competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 and excellent benefits which includes an annual bonus of up to 10%. The Application Support Analyst will take ownership of customer issues reported and troubleshoot and identify solutions to help resolve customer issues. You will also provide training on internally developed bespoke applications.
*Ensure detailed recording and all tickets are closed in a timely manner
*Prepare accurate reports
*Work with IT Operations and Development teams to communicate updates of our products, systems
*An in depth understanding of the software and equipment our customers/employees are using
*Strong background in an Product/Application Support role
*Previously supported internally developed bespoke applications
