A market leading, global IT services organisation is looking for a proactive and passionate 1st/2nd line support analyst to work on a customers site, representing their business and wider service as a stand-alone engineer who is comfortable providing best-in-class desk-side support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-sufficient and enjoys interacting with various users (c100 on site) both face-to-face and over the phone.
The role is providing 1st and 2nd line support on a BAU basis, so is likely to extend well in to the future.
