ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global IT solutions provider on an end-client requirement in Newcastle. A Support Engineer is required to offer a high level of 1st and 2nd line support to the end-client, as well as call logging and escalating to internal teams when necessary. The focus of this role will be supporting the migration of mobile telephone users to the Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.
