1st Line Support/Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Warrington
Length: 5 week contract
Rate: £130 per day

Working as a 1st Line Engineer for a reputable and well known company in Warrington, you will be responsible dealing with all 1st line queries and you will assist in delivering personable and professional customer support.

Responsibilities include:

-Experience with Windows, Active Directory etc.
-Resetting passwords
-Good communication skills including telephone manner
-Problem solving and methodical approach
-Working within a team
