Due to the global reach of the company, this position requires the engineer to speak fluent Spanish.
*Basic 1st line support (Password resets and 1st time fixes)
*Basic Microsoft Software support
*Management of team mailbox and calendar
*Respond to phone, email and face-to-face incidents reported to the team
Require Knowledge and Skills:
*PA/Executive Assistant/Administrator Experience
*Corporate IT Knowledge
*1st Line/IT Support experience is desirable
Although an initial contract, this is a long term position within an organisation which will support your growth and development.
